At the Iztacala Psychological Assessment Unit and the Cognociendo project, we offer psychological assessment services to the university community and external individuals. These services range from the selection of psychometric instruments to their administration, interpretation, and intervention recommendations based on the results. In the organizational area, we specialize in conducting assessments of work climate, psychometric evaluation tools for personnel, as well as psychological assessment programs and digital interventions for institutions.
A significant portion of our digital psychological developments and interventions are carried out using machine learning algorithms for the analysis of human behavior under the framework of Research + Development + Innovation (R&D+I). This promotes the connection between the university and society. Some of our research projects include: “Development of digital training programs for enhancing self-efficacy based on artificial intelligence,” “Study and development of instructional design methodologies for online learning in the digital age, incorporating approaches such as Connectivism,” and “Study of extended mind as an explanatory paradigm for cognition and tool use,” among others.
