This Laboratory adopts a living lab approach and focuses on the following lines of research:

Analysis and innovation of higher education processes in the current context of knowledge digitization, virtuality, and online interaction.

Design and development of mixed digital environments for the university and postgraduate context. Educational innovation and teacher training in technology applied to education, both for the university community and other departments of UNAM, Mexican universities, and foreign institutions.

Innovation in the field of scientific publishing under international standards and knowledge management of scientific events in digital format.

Innovation in digital processes for the evaluation and selection of applicants for postgraduate studies, as well as in the organizational context.Social and entrepreneurial project initiatives.
