Information:
I am a behavior analyst with two primary areas of interest. The first revolves around the basic experimental analysis of human behavior. In this field, my research lines are related to human choice behavior, relational skills, and rule-following.
My second interest is centered on the application of behavioral psychology to organizations. Here, I focus on implementing interventions based on organizational behavior management, disseminating this general logic for the role of psychologists in organizations, and utilizing talent analytics and Machine Learning applied to organizations.
