Information:
Ph.D. in Psychology from UBC, Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Psychology with a residency in Family Therapy at FESI-UNAM. Full-time professor at FESI-UNAM, affiliated with the Postgraduate Research Division. Tutor in the SUAyED Psychology program, lecturer and tutor in the Family Therapy Residency program at the master’s and doctoral levels at UNAM, and a tutor in the institutional tutoring program.
Member of the Research Group on Psychological and Social Processes (GIPPS), academic coordinator of the Psychology, Technology, and Health Laboratory in the research areas of communication and interaction in couples and families, sexual behavior, and prevention of sexual health problems, as well as in the design of self-guided courses. Part of the research group on sexual health. Also, a member of the editorial team for the journal “Crisis y Retos en la Familia y Pareja” (Crisis and Challenges in Family and Couple Relationships).
I have contributed to various research projects at FESI-UNAM and have served as a speaker at academic forums, both nationally and internationally, with publications in national and international journals. I have facilitated and presented in various workshops, courses, and diploma programs within and outside of UNAM, in addition to providing guidance for undergraduate and master’s theses.
