Omega-3 Fatty Acids and Their Relationship with the Development/Control of Various Pathologies.

To study the involvement of lipids, particularly fatty acids, in the physicochemical properties of membranes and their relationship with the development of various pathologies such as diabetes and cancer. Additionally, we are interested in investigating the effects of long-chain and short-chain omega-3 fatty acids on the development of different pathologies and the physicochemical properties of biological membranes.
