The group for behavioral analysis in organizations carries out activities applying behavioral psychology in organizations, as well as basic and applied research under a behavioral approach. Among the applied psychology activities are:
1) Individual change in executives using within-subject designs and the standards of applied behavioral analysis
2) Designing training programs that implement behavioral assessments
3) Developing performance measurement programs in conjunction with the development of general Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
4) Designing strategies for attracting, selecting, and retaining human talentand
5) Quantitative analysis of the organizational environment.

The project has the possibility of granting scholarships since we have PAPIIT IT300218 financing. There are two types of scholarships, one is for completion of the degree and the other is for thesis. The interested parties in the first case must have 75% credits and have an average of 8, while in the second case they must have the record of the thesis derived from the topics of this project.
