Verónica Farías González

Ph.D. in Wildlife Conservation, University of Massachusetts, Amherst, USA.

Verónica is a Full Professor affiliated with the Research and Graduate Division of the Faculty of Higher Studies Iztacala, UNAM. She teaches the subject of Ecology in the Biology program. Her research focuses on the ecology and conservation of wild mammals, with a special interest in hares and rabbits in Mexico and carnivorous mammals. Verónica Farías González studied Biology at the Faculty of Sciences, UNAM, and obtained her master’s and doctorate degrees from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, USA, in the Wildlife Conservation program.
